Ingredients

    1 pd extra lean hamburger
    large can of no-salt tomatoes (29floz)
    can of kidney beans - thoroughly rinsed (19floz)
    can of mixed beans - thoroughly rinsed (19floz)
    sliced mushrooms - 2 cups
    1 cup frozen corn kernels
    1 medium white onion diced
    2 tbsp chili powder (or to taste)
    1 tbsp ground cumin (or to taste)
    1 tsp basil (or to taste)
    1 tsp oregano (or to taste)
    1 tsp dry mustard (or to taste)
    2 tbsp sugar (optional)
    pepper

Directions

Crock Pot - low - all day.
Season to taste 30 min prior to serving - chili powder, cayenne pepper, balsamic vinegar, Mrs. Dash, chili flakes, etc...
