Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, Quick Oats, Fat Free Milk, Egg Whites, Onions, Hot Sauce, Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Set oven to 350.

Combine milk and oatmeal.

Add hot sauce, onion, egg whites, and ground turkey. Combine and then put in greased loaf pan.

Put in oven for 1 hour for 350.
