Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless
    1.5 Cup sour cream
    1.5 cup Mushrooms, sliced
    1 whole onion chopped
    3 tbs. Paprika
    Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Cook chicken in large pan, add onions and mushrooms just as chicken is almost done. Cook for a few minutes and add sour cream, paprika , salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 6
