    1 c. milk, nonfat
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp brown sugar, packed
    1 tea bag, black
    Add between a dash to a quarter teaspoon each, to taste, of:
    Cardamom, ground
    Ginger, ground
    Cloves, ground
    Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe container and heat. Stir until chai has reached desired color, remove tea bag, strain if desired, and serve.
