Wonderful taste of tiramisu.. Wonderful taste of tiramisu..

    1 pk (3 oz) lady fingers
    4 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 package vanilla sugar free, fat free instant pudding
    1/2 cup hot strong coffee
    6 oz (half tub) of fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed.


Brush cut side of lady fingers with two tablespoons of very strong, hot brewed coffee. Place lady fingers on bottom and up the side of a one quart glass serving bowl. Beat softened cream cheese and the rest of the coffee in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Slowly add milk and mix until smooth. Add the pudding mix and beat until blended and thickened. Gently fold in the 4 oz of whipped topping. Pour into bowl of lady fingers and chill for an hour before serving.
