Introduction

A great smoothie that is made completely with fruit! A great smoothie that is made completely with fruit!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 Banana (Frozen)
1/2 can Pineapple in 100% Juice
    5-6 Frozen Strawberries
    Dash of water

    Optional:
A large handful of fresh spinach (a great way to get more veggies and it doesn't effect the taste of the smoothie).

Directions

1. Put the pineapple (with 1/2 of the can of juice), a dash of water, and the banana (and the spinach if desired) in a blender and blend well.

2. Add the strawberries one by one to taste and texture.

The smoothie should be able to blend smoothly through the blender. If it isn't, add a bit of water until it is moving!

(Note: the frozen banana is what makes it super creamy. I keep a bag of them in my freezer for ease).
