Ingredients

    Filling
    2 cans of light peaches
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tbsp sugar
    1tbsp corn starch

    Topping
    2 cups of quick oats
    3 tsp vanilla
    4 tsp cinnamon
    2/3 cup of brown sugar
    2 tbsp smart balance extra virgin olive oil margarine

Directions

Mix first four ingredients and place into 9-inch baking dish.
In small bowl, mix Topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over the peaches. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes.
