Ingredients

    2 4oz Filets
    2 Tbl Molasses
    1 Tbl Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

Makes 2 Servings

Mix the Balsamic Vinegar and Molasses together in a bowl and dip to coat the filets. You can also leave it to marinate for about an hour in the fridge.

Put oven on Broil on high and cook 6 mins on one side and flip to cook 5 mins on the other side. This should cook it to medium rare. Time will need to be adjusted due to preference and oven.

This is great with baked or mashed potatoes and asparagus! It is an easy crowd pleaser with little work and little cooking time.

    Very Good
    The hubby & I thought this was a pretty good recipe & would make it again! Besides heating up the oven, it was quick & super easy! Next time, I may have the steak sit in the sauce longer & maybe add a little pepper. - 7/14/12
