Ingredients

    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 Tbsp chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp butter
    3 lbs sirloin steaks
    3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup plus 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup minced onion
    1 clove garlic minced

Directions

Combine 1/4 cup of the Worcestershire sauce with oil, lemon juice, salt, onion and garlic until well mixed.

Put the steak in a plastic bag or tight-fitting bowl. Pour the marinade over the steak and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Remove the steak from the marinage and grill it over hot charcoal for 7 to 10 minutes per side, brushing it occasionally with the left over marinade after boiling it for 5 minutes.

Alternatively, you can broil it under a hot broiler

Melt the butter in a small pan and stir in the parsely and tsp of Worcestershir sauce.

Pour this over the grilled steak, slice and serve.
