Ingredients

    1 1/3 c water
    6 Tbs margarine
    1 egg
    5 c bread flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 c sugar
    2 1/4 tsp yeast

Directions

Place ingredients into bread machine in the order listed. Make sure water is 110* F. Set bread machine for dough cycle. Once it has finished the dough cycle, put onto a floured surface and knead. Divide into 2 equal parts and set aside to rest 10 min.
Spread dough onto 2 greased pizza pans. Top with toppings of your choice and cheeses. Bake in preheated 400* oven 15-20 minutes.
Cut each pizza into 8 slices. Note: this makes 2 extra large pizza crusts.
