Ingredients

    -3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    -about .8 oz of mozarella cheese (a little less than an ounce)
    - 2 egg whites

Directions

mix egg whites with flour and knead into dough, roll out thin and use a small round object like a melonballer to cut out 82 rounds. fill rounds with about 1/8 tsp of cheese, place another round on top, press edges to seal.

Makes 41 little raviolis, 4 servings
