Ingredients

    1 1/2c flour
    1 1/2c milk
    3 eggs
    1T dried parsley
    16oz ground beef
    1, 10oz bag frozen vegetables
    2 packets brown gravy mix

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients, pour in greased 9x13 pan.
Brown ground beef, drain, add vegetables, gravy mix and water (as directed on gravy mix); cook until thickened.
Spoor beef mixture on top of batter.
Bake at 400 degree for 20 - 30 minutes
