Introduction

I have to cut out all yeast and sugars, so I'm trying new recipes. While these have a very strong taste, and are not my favorite by any means, they are filling. Ingredients

    1/2 cup buckwheat flour
    1/2 cup almond flour
    1 Tbls. olive oil
    1 cup water +/-

Directions

Combine all ingredients and let set while griddle heats up. Be sure to let these cook longer than normal pancakes.
