Ingredients

    1/2 cup Mountain High Original Style All Natural
    Plain Yoghurt
    3/4 cup Sunsweet Plum Start
    1/2 cup Orange Juice
    1/2 med ripe Banana
    3-4 Ice Cubes

Directions

Place ingredients in your Vita-Mixer or blender in the order listed. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes. This recipe makes approximately 24 ounces or 3 servings.
