Introduction

If you use fresh fruit they can be added before or after spinach, but frozen should be added last. I've found that the way you add ingredients can alter the taste of the drink. Ingredients

    1 1/2 c water
    5 oz spinach
    1 banana (calorie count is based on medium)
    1 c. blueberries (I used frozen)

Directions

Add water in blender, put banana in next, on top of blades, add spinach and finally frozen blueberries on top. Mix until all pieces of spinach are gone.
