Ingredients

    Loaf:
    2/3 cup chopped pineapple
    12 onces of chopped ham
    1 egg
    2/3 cup panko, bread crumbs or even couscous or rice (what you have on hand)
    2/3 cup milk
    Sauce:
    1 tsp dried mustard
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 Tbsp white vinegar
    dash of Pepper

Directions

Put the pineapples on the bottom of a bread pan. In another bowl, mix together the ham, egg, panko, other bread crumbs or even couscous (that's what i had), milk and pepper. Put on the pineapples.
Mix together the brown sugar, dried mustard and the vinegar and put on the ham loaf.
Cook at 350°for 30 minutes if the ham is already cooked or 60 minutes if the ham is raw.
