Ingredients

Turkey burger, diced green chiles, taco shells, cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, sliced black olives
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook 2 lbs of ground turkey or ground beef, 2 small onions, and 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic until turkey is fully cooked; drain. Stir in 2 cups of water, 1 cup of taco sauce, 8 oz can of diced green chiles, 4.5 oz can of sliced black olives, and 2 pkg. of taco seasoning mix. Cook over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
In a 13 X 9 casserole dish, layer 12 taco shells broken into pieces (the size is up to you). Cover with half of meat mixture; sprinkle with 2 cups of cheese. Repeat with remaining shells, meat, and cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
If wanted, top with tomatoes, green onions and sour cream.
