Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
    1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/3 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    2 Eggs
    1 1/3 Whole Wheat Flour
    1/3 Ground Flax Seed
    1/3 Instant Quaker Oats dry
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking soda
    1 Cup mashed Bananas
    1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions

Makes 18 cupcake servings
In a large bowl cream butter, vanilla, and sugar until fluffy
Beat in eggs
Sift flour, salt and baking soda
Blend in alternately with mashed bananas
Stir in Chocolate Chips
pour into cupcake pan
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
