Ingredients

    2 cups 1% cottage cheese
    1 package sugar free pudding mix (4 servings)

Directions

Mix the cottage cheese and pudding mix in a blender until texture of cottage cheese is smooth and pudding mix is dissolved. Spoon into 4 individual cups/containers. Ready to eat. You can add cool whip if desired (not in nutritional calculation) SO CREAMY DREAMY!!!!

    Incredible!
    This is one of my favorite ways to eat cottage cheese. It is so thick and delicious. I also replace the pudding mix with a flavored whey protein like pina colada or vanilla ice cream sometimes. Yummy. - 9/2/11
