Ingredients

    12 oz Egg noodles or spirals
    1 8oz carton red. fat sour cream
    1 pound ground beef
    1 packet fajita seasoning
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 green peppers, sliced thin
    1 medium onion, sliced thin and broken up
    Salsa (optional)
    Shredded Cheese, Mexican or taco blend or cheddar.

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain, stir in sour cream and set aside.
Brown beef, drain. Add fajita seasoning according to packet directions.
Place onion and pepper in oil and cook until crisp tender. Add to seasoned beef. Let simmer for 2-3minutes. Add to pasta mixture and toss gently.
Serve with salsa and cheese. (not added in nutrition facts)
Makes 8-1 1/2 cup servings
