Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts,
    1.5 bags of frozen vegetables of your choice
    1 C low Soduim Chicken Broth or water
    Pepper
    Onion
    any other spices you like.

Directions

Cut into strips breasts into strips and place on bottom of Crockpot
Layer Frozen Vegetables on top of chicken.
Pour chicken broth on top, cover and cook for about 6 to 8 hours on low. Chicken will boin in the broth and vegetabels will steam. Do not use more then 1 cup broth or your vegetables will be soggy.
