4 lean thick cut pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup (use low sodium or healthy request)
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    large onion sliced
package of fresh mushrooms (if you like)

Place sliced onions in bottom of slow cooker. Lightly brown chips if really thick, otherwise put them straight in the pot. Combine soup, 1/2 can of water, tomatoes and worcestershire. Pour over meat. Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or on low 6-8 hrs. Add mushrooms last hour.

Option: thaw a box of frozen spinach and throw in the last hour.
