Ingredients

    4 lean thick cut pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (use low sodium or healthy request)
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    large onion sliced
    package of fresh mushrooms (if you like)

Directions

Place sliced onions in bottom of slow cooker. Lightly brown chips if really thick, otherwise put them straight in the pot. Combine soup, 1/2 can of water, tomatoes and worcestershire. Pour over meat. Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or on low 6-8 hrs. Add mushrooms last hour.

SERVES 4

Option: thaw a box of frozen spinach and throw in the last hour.

    This was very good. I put it in before class today and the smell was great waiting for me when I got home. I used 1/2 pack of spinach, only 1 tsp of worschesire, added the mushrooms, a shallot a clove of garlic. Very good. - 1/3/08
