    2 tbsp Peanut Butter
    1/4 cup Plain Lowfat Yogurt
    1 TBSP Honey
    1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
    1 fresh Apple, cubed

Directions

Blend all ingredients but apples until well mixed.
Add cubed apple and stir until well coated.
