Ingredients

1 package Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Grillers Crumbles
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 box reduced fat cream cheese (neuchatel)
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
Directions
Chop Onion.
Saute onion slightly with pam in large, deep skillet (add a little water to keep from burning)
Cut up cream cheese and lay it over onions, lower heat and cover till cream cheese is melted. You can also melt cream cheese in microwave, if you like. Then put it in the skillet.
Once cream cheese is melted, Add 1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup.
Stir till well mixed, adding about 1/4 C water to smooth sauce. Meanwhile, put meal starter crumbles in microwave for 2 minutes to thaw***Do not try to "cook" crumbles for a long time...they will get yucky.
Add Crumbles to cream cheese/soup mixture. Stir till crumbles are completely mixed in. It should be ready to eat as soon as the Crumbles are heated up.
Noodles: (I didn't put this into the recipe so you can choose your own and add it to the calories...
Cook noodles (I use noYolk) egg noodles) as per package directions and drain.
Put noodles on plate, put Stroganoff mixture on top...enjoy!
