Ingredients

    1lb Lean Ground Beef
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes w/juice
    1 10oz package frozen Mixed Vegetables
    3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
    2 small potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 14 oz can beef broth or bouilion equivalent
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef and rinse and drain off fat, return to heat. Add chopped garlic and diced onion and cook until onion is translucent. Add tomatoesand their juice, broth, potatoes, and frozen veggies. Cook until heated through and potatoes are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
