    3 Tomatoes
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Onion
    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Can Corn
    1 package of Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style Veggie Protein
    1/4 Cup Polenta
    Chili Powder, Tumeric, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin to taste ... NO SALT

Directions

Chop up everything. Add spices. Throw it in a slow cooker on low all day (6 hours). Enjoy!
