    2 Grilled Chicken Breasts - cut into strips
    2-4 Fat Free Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
    4 tbsp. Athenos Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
    1 cup Fresh Spinach leaves


Season chicken breast with your preferred herb seasoning (mediterranean or Greek works best for this).

Grill chicken for 4 minutes. Turning as needed.

Cut chicken length-wise into narrow strips.

Take one tortilla. Spread 1 tbsp. of hummus across top half of the tortilla.

Take 1/2 the chicken strips and place in center of upper-half of the tortilla - on top of the hummus.

Add 1/2 the spinach leaves on top of the chicken.

Fold up bottom half of the tortilla, then fold in right and left sides.


Recipe makes 2 wraps and serves 2.

NOTE: For smaller tortilla sizes, split each serving into two wraps.
