Ingredients

    1.5lbs sliced Mushrooms
    3-14.5oz Cans of Hunts Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
    2-15.5 oz cans of Kidney Beans
    2-15.5 oz cans of Black Beans
    1 7.5oz can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
    8oz Yellow Onion (diced)
    10oz Pepper Medley (sliced)
    10 cloves fresh garlic minced (or pressed)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in Crockpot and allow to cook for 5-7hours on low or warm.

Makes 11-1.5 cup servings.
