    6 large peppers (any colour you like!)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 can tomatoes, diced
    1/2 cup Uncle Ben's Wholegrain Brown Rice
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    cayenne pepper to taste
    2 cloves garlice
