Introduction

These bars will save you some of the fat but not the taste! They are soft and tasty. You can also subsitute peanut butter chips. These bars will save you some of the fat but not the taste! They are soft and tasty. You can also subsitute peanut butter chips.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 c. brown sugar firmly packed
    1/2 c. light butter (melted)
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla
    2c. flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 c chocolate chips

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Grease 9x11 pan with PAM. Combine sugar and butter, blend well. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Spoon flour lightly into measuring cup and level off. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Spread in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes
