Ingredients

    * 12 oz. Red Potatoes, boiled, chilled, and cubed
    * 1/4 c. Low Fat Sour Cream
    * 2 Tbsp Hellman's Low fat mayonaise
    * 2 Scallions, chopped
    * 1 Red Pepper, chopped
    * 1 Tbsp. Capers, drained
    * Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix everything in a bowl. Chill until served.
