Introduction

I really enjoyed the beef n' rice recipe shared by another member, but needed to make some adjustments. Used ground chicken instead of ground beef....used corn instead of mushrooms....hubby is allergic to mushrooms I really enjoyed the beef n' rice recipe shared by another member, but needed to make some adjustments. Ingredients

    1 pound of ground chicken
    1 cup of long grain rice
    28 ounces of chicken broth
    2 cups of frozen corn

Directions

Brown the chicken then add rice and chicken broth. Cook until rice is tender and has soaked up most of the broth. Add in the corn and heat through.

Serve!
