    1 cup gf oats (i like bob's red mill steel cut oats)
    1/3 cup flax seed
    1/2 cup ground almonds
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup raisins

    2 eggs
    2 T Agave nectar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 T applesauce


mix dry ingredients together in one bowl, and wet ingredients into another.

slowly add wet ingredients to dry while stirring.

press mixture into pan. bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes depending on how crunchy, chewy you want your bar.
