Ingredients

    1/2 cup nofat, plain Greek yogurt
    1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    2 Tb fat free mayonnaise
    2 Tb nonfat sour cream
    1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions

Place all ingredients except blue cheese in blender and blend until smooth. Place blue cheese in blender and blend for 2-3 seconds or pulse twice. Store in refrigerator.

Eco suggestion: Wash out used salad dressing jar and put on your own label.
