Ingredients

    2 C diced potatoes
    2 C shredded cabbage
    I C chopped onions
    2 Boca bratwurst
    1.5 T olive oil

Directions

Cook potatoes in microwave until done.Heat olive oil in large saute pan on medium heat and add potatoes and cook until potatoes are starting to brown. Add sliced boca brats( I cook mine partway in th microwave )or you can leave them whole Add cabbage and onions to potatoes and cover .When cabbage and onions are soft and starting to brown and Boca brats are done and browned add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
