Introduction

Ingredients

    3 slices of bacon, chopped
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bunch spinach, chopped
    1 can (14 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can (15.5 oz) light red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
    1 can (15.5 oz) dark red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
    4 C. chicken broth
    1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes, cut in thin strips
    1 tsp dried basil
    crushed red p[epper flakes
    shredded parmesean cheese

Directions

Cook bacon over high heat in large pot until cooked. Reduce heat to medium, add garlic and onion and sautee until browned. Add spinach and sautee 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
