Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs yams, peeled & sliced crosswise into 1/4" thick slices
    2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 teaspoon Ms Dash garlic & herb

Directions

preheat grill to high heat

place yams in mixing bowl. drizzle w/ olive oil & then sprinkle with seasoning. Toss well to combine.

transfer to grill and reduce heat to low

cook until browned in spots & tender (6-8 minutes per side)
