Ingredients

    1/4 cup wild rice
    1/2 cup brown rice
    1 tbsp Oive Oil
    1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 cups chicken broth
    1/8 cup water
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Saute mushrooms in olive oil, add rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low until wild rice is cooked.
