    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 plum tomatoes
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1 pkg whole wheat spaghetti
2 roasted red peppers, preferably home-roasted, cut into thin strips

    1/4 tsp hot chili flakes
2 pkgs creamy goat cheese, crumbled
    1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Directions
