Introduction

Ingredients

I added to make 4 servings:
4 - 4ounce chicken breast
4 slices of extra lean ham
4 slices of 2% milk swiss cheese
Egg whites or egg substitute
Mrs. Dash
Bread Crumbs
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Spray baking dish with Pam. Pound chicken breasts to about 1/8" thickness. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Add ham and chesse and then roll chicken up. Secure with a toothpick. Coat chicken with egg white and then bread crumbs. Place chicken in baking sish and cover with foil. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove foil and bake uncovered for a few minutes to brown the chicken. I spray the tops with some I Can't Believe it's not Butter Spray to help with the browning. Remove toothpick before serving.
