Ingredients

* 250g Egg noodles
* Groundnut oil
* 2 Garlic cloves, chopped
* 400g Sliced beef feather steak
* 300g pack Vegetable and beansprout stir-fry mix
* A dash of water
* 1 tbsp Soy
* 2 tbsp Sherry
* 5 tbsp Oyster sauce
Directions
1. Cook the egg noodles, drain; toss with groundnut oil.
2. In a wok, heat together 1 tbsp oil and the garlic cloves for 30 seconds. Increase the heat, adding the beef steak and cook for 1 minute; set aside.
3. Heat 2 tsp oil in the wok, and add the vegetable and beansprout stir-fry mix. Then, stir-fry for 2 minutes and add a dash of water, 1 tbsp soy and 2 tbsp sherry.
4. Add the beef, noodles and 5 tbsp oyster sauce. Toss it all together and serve.
Serving Size: Makes at least 3 servings
