Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups cooked white rice
    150 grams cooked shrimp
    50 grams raisins
    2 tbs oil for frying
    1 medium size onion
    0.5 cup tomato paste
    lemon juice 1 lemon yield
    1ts black pepper
    1ts salt
    0.5 tbs curry powder

Directions

1-cook shrimps and rice separately.
2-chup the onion in small size and fry it a little bit in oil (in the frying pasn) till it becomes brown
3-add the shrimps and add salt, pepper, curry and tomato paste. add lemon juice and mix them together.
4-add raisins at the end and stirr for 5 minutes.
you can add 0.5 cup water to the mixture and let it heated till water is eveporated completely.
you can either add the rice to the mixture or serve them separately.
my recomendation is to mix them and serve it warm. it is more delicious.

this food is suitable for 4 person (either lunch or dinner)
