Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, 1.25 cup
    Butter, salted, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Place oven rack at lowest position. Heat oven to 350 deg. grease one 9X5X3 loaf pan. Mix sugar, and butter in a large bowl. Stir in eggs until well blended. Add bananas, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until moistened. Bake about 1 1/4 hours or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min.
