Ingredients

    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 Cup (one stick) unsalted butter, softened
    1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3 cups quick oats
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    1 bag (11oz) butterscotch morsels

Directions

In a mixing bowl, add the first 8 ingredients; beat until smooth. Mix in oats and flours. Stir morsels in by hand. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 7-10 minutes at 375 degrees.
