Ingredients

    2 cups steel cut oats
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    8 cups hot water
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup raisins
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Mix oats, sugar, cinnamon and salt in slow cooker. Add hot water and vanilla. Cook on low 9-10 hours or overnight. Stir in raisins and pecans before serving.
