Ingredients

    - 1 can tinned red kidney beans
    - 1 can tinned tomatoes
    - 1 tsp each of chilli powder and cumin powder (or burrito/taco seasoning mix)
    - 1 tsp crushed garlic
    - 1 onion
    - 1 tbsp olive oil
    - 2 tbsp tomato paste or half a cup of passata

Directions

Fry onions and garlic in oil until golden.
Add tinned tomatoes (diced) and juice from can and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
Add drained kidney beans and use a potato masher to mash potatoes (apply directly to pan).
Add salt, chilli and cumin / taco seasoning
Stir in enough tomato paste or passata to keep mixture moist

Wa-la! Serve on burritos with cheese (optional), cucumber, tomato, lettuce and low fat cottage cheese.
