Ingredients

    2 LBS GROUND TURKEY
    1 LARGE CAN STEWED TOMATOES
    1 LARGE CAN RED KIDNEY BEANS
    1 LARGE CAN TOMATO SAUCE
    1 CUP DICED ONIONS
    1 CUP DICED CELERY
    3 CLOVES OF GARLIC (OPTNL)
    4 TBSP CHILI POWDER
    6 OZ WHEAT ELBOW NOODLES

Directions

IN A POT SAUTE ONION, GARLIC AND CELERY, AFTER A MINUTE ADD GROUND TURKEY. COOK UNTIL DONE. ADD TOMATOES, SAUCE AND BEANS. MEANWHILE IN A SEPERATE POT COOK PASTA. LET TOMATO MEAT MIXTURE SIMMER ABOUT 30 MIN, ADD CHILI POWDER AND PASTA. MAKES ABOUT 10 1.5 CUP SERVINGS
