Ingredients

    Milk, 2%, 2 fl oz (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)


Directions

Preheat frying pan, melt butter in frying pan.
Put eggs and milk in medium size bowl. Use hand held mixer to beat eggs til fluffy. Pour into frying pan, over low medium heat. Add black pepper if desired. Cover with glass lid. Cook without stirring until eggs begin to set. use spatula to fold eggs several times. Use gentle touch so the egg doesn't break down. Cook through.
