Ingredients

    4 cups of organic vegetable broth
    1 cup sliced fresh carrots
    1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
    1/2 cup brown rice, cooked
    1 TBS Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
    Approx. 20 3.5" wonton wrappers

Directions

Bring vegetable broth to a boil.
Combine shredded chicken and garlic-herb seasoning.
Fill wonton wrappers with about a tablespoon of chicken mixture each and seal with water (see package directions).
Drop wontons into boiling broth.
After about 5 minutes, add carrots and rice.
Cook until carrots soften.
Serve hot.
