Ingredients

    1 C, Brown Sugar
    1/2 C, white sugar
    1/2 C, butter
    1/2 C. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk


    21/2 C. Flour
    1/2 tsp allspice
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking soda
    4 Tbl. cocoa
    3 zucchini (6 inches long) grated
    1/2 - 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Cream sugars, butter and oil together in a large bowl. add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk, mix well. Measure dry ingredients into a sifter and sift into the bowl, mix well. add zucchini, stir until well blended. pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan. sprinkle chocolate chips on top. bake 350 for 40-50 min.
